refund policy

Your legal rights as a consumer come first. This explains how we apply them.

The 14-day right to cancel

For digital content bought online, UK consumers normally have 14 days to change their mind. That right stops applying once you have agreed to the content being supplied immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

Credits are usable the moment payment completes, so at checkout we ask you to agree to immediate supply. If you have not used any of the credits you bought, we will refund them in full within 14 days regardless. We would rather refund someone who changed their mind than keep money they did not want to spend.

One-off credit packs

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. We do not charge again after cancellation.

We do not usually refund part-months, because you keep access for the whole period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have made no listings in that period, we will refund it in full.

If something goes wrong

If the service does not work as described, is unavailable for an extended period, or a payment was taken in error, tell us and we will put it right. That includes refunding you. A failed draft never costs you a credit, but if you believe you have been charged for something you did not receive, email us and we will check the record and correct it.

How to ask

Email hello@listitapp.org from the address on your account, saying what you bought and what you would like. We aim to reply within three working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days once issued.
