List It turns photos of an item into a draft Vinted listing. These terms cover using it. Plain English on purpose, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Who provides it
List It is operated by Chris Kelly, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@listitapp.org.
What the service does
You upload photos. We send them to an AI model, which returns suggested listing text: a title, description, category, condition, brand, size, colour, material and a suggested price. You copy those into Vinted yourself.
Drafts are suggestions, not facts. The model can be wrong about brand, size, condition and price. You are responsible for checking every field before you post it, and for the accuracy of anything you list.
What it is not
List It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted. We never connect to Vinted on your behalf, post listings, or access your Vinted account. Everything you post, you post yourself.
We do not guarantee that an item will sell, or sell at the suggested price. Prices are estimates from photographs, not valuations.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and uses a link sent to your email address. There is no password. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you.
Plans and allowances
- Free — a small number of listings per day, resetting at midnight UTC. The exact number may change.
- 50 listings — £4.99, one-off. Credits do not expire.
- Unlimited — £7.99 per month, subject to a fair-use ceiling of 50 listings per day. We state that ceiling here and on the purchase screen because "unlimited" with a hidden cap would be dishonest.
If a draft fails because of an error on our side, the listing is not charged against your allowance or your credits.
Acceptable use
Do not use List It to create listings for counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items, or to generate content that is unlawful. Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or automate against the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
This is a small service run by one person. It may be unavailable, and there is a daily cap on total processing cost which can stop new drafts being produced until the following day. We do not promise uptime.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the plans. Material changes affecting paid plans will be notified by email to account holders before they take effect. You can stop using the service at any time, and cancel a subscription from the billing portal.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or listings that did not sell.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
